About Us
Hello! My name is Lauren and I am the owner of Lauren's Little Legs.
Having grown up with multiple pets, I realised my love for animals at a young age. However, it was when I got my beautiful springer Charlie that I fell head over heels for the doggos!
From caring for my own furry besties, to looking after and walking the pets of my own family/friends, I am notably experienced with animals. After moving away from home I recently found myself with a dog sized gap in my life which led me to create my own pet services business.
Caring for animals goes hand-in-hand with my career as an actor, which I pursue alongside my small business. As a trained actor, I bring the same empathy, attention to detail, and adaptability to dog walking and animal care. My skills help me to read dogs' body language, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood. My unique skillset allows me to treat every dog with the dedication, care, and play they deserve.

Lauren
Originally from Kent, Lauren is our founder, and loves nothing more than being accompanied by a happy pup! With her calm nature and love for the outdoors, Lauren makes every dog feel like the star of the show. Whether it's a brisk morning walk or a leisurely afternoon wander, she's always ready to go the extra mile (literally!). She delights in forming loving bonds with the animals in her care, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her services are 5 star quality!
Lucy
Lucy brings an irresistible mix of energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to the team. Hailing from Durham but now happily settled in the South, she's a dedicated vegan and devoted animal lover. Lucy studied acting alongside Lauren, and she’s never afraid to break out her signature “doggy baby voice” — much to the delight of her four-legged friends. For Lucy, every walk is a chance to bond, explore, and spread a little joy.

What to Expect:
Before we begin walking your fur baby it's important that we get to know each other a little. We offer a free initial 15 minute meet and greet - a chance for you to ask any questions and for your pup to get acquainted in the comfort of your presence.

FAQs
What is your cancellation policy?
72 hours' notice kindly requested for cancellations. Appointments may be rescheduled within 48 hours.
How do I book and pay?
Contact us via the form above to book your first adventure! Payment is made through bank transfer or cash payments on the day.
Do you have a contract or service agreement?
Yes! This will be sent to you upon request of a meet and greet.
How long will the adventure be?
That depends on which service you book for. We offer 30/45/60 minute adventures and always walk for the full time booked!
Do I need to be home for you to collect/walk my dog?
No. Most clients are comfortable sharing a set of keys with Laurens Little Legs, or leaving a key in a secure area.
Will you clean my dog off after adventures?
If you want us to. Please leave a towel out for us to dry with.
What days and times are you available?
We are very flexible in our schedule. Monday-Friday is standard with weekend walks an additional option. Time slots are always subject to availability.
Will you be walking my dog with other dogs?
Unless they are dogs from the same household, we usually walk 1-1 except in the case of a scheduling conflict or preference. If you would particularly like your dog to be socialised and walked with other dogs we can try and find a suitable match!
Are walks on or off-lead?
This is completely up to you! Full consent is needed for off-lead walks and the first 3 walks will always be on lead.
Where will my dog be walked?
We are familar with a huge range of local parks. However, we will always ask for your preference, and usually will go to areas your dog is familiar with.
Is dog sitting in your home or mine?
That depends! It's something we discuss and agree on based on preference, availability, and schedule.
Do you board dogs?
It is subject to availability and scheduling. We always require at least 2-3 walks beforehand so that we can really get to know each other :)
